Owning a coffee business has been a 25-year dream of mine. There is something wonderful about that beautiful dark pour into a wide mouth cup as the steam dances into its own elevation. The aroma of fresh roasted beans dominating every corner of a room, as it lifts the eyebrows of even the most discriminating taste is the essence of the coffee experience! Fascinated by the quest to find the highest quality coffee beans, I’ve visited coffee shops, cafes, hotels, B&Bs, and kiosks throughout the country and abroad in search of the most luxurious dark roast, full bodied medium roast, and robust light roast coffees I could find. My adventures and travels paid off when I discovered authentic and environmentally responsible coffee bean farmers who prioritized quality over production. This is when the dream came to life.
Once I found the right farmers, it was now about getting the name right, and it did not take long. As I thought about my own coffee routine, it occurred to me that I really enjoy my daily morning cup, but there is one of those days when my cup is uniquely special, there seems to be an enticing lure that almost creates the sensation of an embrace and radiates into a warm smile.
